Terms and conditions

These Terms of Use are applied to the management of the commercial relationship between the Caricatyr.com online store (hereafter referred to as the “Store”) and the customer. We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions and law in effect at the time of the order.

Personal Information and Accuracy of Information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of the order. At a minimum, the customer must provide their first name, last name, and email address. If the customer is under 18 years old, they must obtain consent from their guardian to order products. Customer information obtained during the transaction is strictly confidential. For more information on how personal information is handled, please refer to the privacy policy.

Ordering and Payment

Customers can order products from the online store. Store prices include sales tax unless otherwise stated. Payment transactions are processed by a third party, and payment information is not stored in the online store’s database.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the price at the time of the order was incorrect. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

Delivery

Delivery time is specified at the time of the order. Products are delivered in digital form to the email address provided by the customer. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated time, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase.

Delivery time is based on information available at the time and the Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

Order Cancellation / Product Return / Cancellation of Purchase

An order can be canceled and the purchase canceled before the custom work has begun by sending a message to customer service at customers@caricatyr.com

Order cancellation is not possible after the order has been confirmed if the contract concerns goods that are made or modified according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. The limitation on the right of cancellation is in accordance with the relevant consumer protection laws applicable in the US.

Personalized products are not eligible for return. An order for a personalized product is created when the customer submits an order to the seller. If the customer notices an error in the information sent, they must contact the seller immediately. If the order has not yet been started, a correction is possible, although this may incur additional costs to the customer if work has already been processed. Order cancellation must be done by notifying the company via email at customers@caricatyr.com. It is the consumer’s responsibility to prove that the notice has been made if necessary.

All delivered products remain the property of Caricatyr.com until full payment (including shipping costs and any applicable sales tax) has been made.

Warranty and Liability for Defects

Caricatyr.com guarantees that products are made professionally and with care.

The satisfaction guarantee of Caricatyr.com covers manufacturing defects. The customer must report any defective product as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after receiving the product. The handling of the defective product will be agreed upon with the customer, either by remaking the defective product or by agreeing on compensation with the customer. Always contact customer service first at customers@caricatyr.com.

Please note that complaints cannot be made and are not covered by warranty for: incorrect files sent by the customer, typographical errors, incorrect product selection, incorrect order quantity, or any other error or omission resulting from the information entered into the order.

Disputes and Mediation

If a dispute arising from the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter before the relevant consumer dispute resolution body in the US. Before taking the matter to a dispute resolution body, the consumer should contact consumer advisory services.
